60-day returns and exchanges policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 60 days of placing your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Customer is responsible for shipping product back to Dash Dinners. Shipping charges you paid at time of purchase are not refundable.

We are unable to issue refunds after 60 days.
To begin the return process, please email us the order number (feel free to forward your order email) and list the items you wish to return or exchange. We will need you to ship back to us all of the products that you are requesting a refund or exchange for.
- Gift cards
- Items without an order number (for example, products that were donated for charitable events)
- Any item not in its original condition that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after the order date
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping back returns and exchanges
To return your product, mail to: 1950 E Greyhound Pass #18-131, Westfield, IN, 46033, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
